When, some years later, Baha'o'llah declared himself to be the "glory of God," the Bab's followers with few exceptions believed in him. His brilliancy shone forth like a sun. His power had already been recognized before his proclamation and on the day of his declaration all became aware and were amazed at his wisdom.
